Spa Reservations
To schedule an appointment please speak with our Spa reception team who will help guide you to the right treatment choice. To ensure your preferred time and services are available, we recommend advance bookings. A minimum age of 16 is required for entry into the spa facilities. The Spa is open daily.

We have male and female therapists available in our spa. 

Arrive Early
If you are enjoying our hydrotherapy area before your scheduled spa treatments, we recommend that you arrive at least 45 minutes before your first service. Otherwise, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your spa appointment so that we can properly prepare you for your treatment and so that you will not feel rushed. Please understand that late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time.

Our Professionalism
You will be asked to fill out a consultation card so that any health or medical concerns can be taken care of prior to the treatment. We provide disposable underwear and all of our therapists are trained in draping our guests to ensure that your privacy is respected. Some medical conditions are contra indicated for certain treatments.

Gift Certificates
Parklands Day Spa gift certificates are thoughtful, enjoyable and are more than a gift, they are the ultimate pampering experience. We have a range of gift certificates available. Vouchers can be couriered, express posted or ready for pick up at Parklands Day Spa. Vouchers are valid for 36 months from purchase. Our Environment
Parklands Day Spa provides a healthy, relaxing and tranquil environment – so kindly switch off mobile telephones and pagers prior to arrival. We are also a smoke free property.

Personalising Your Experience
Let us know if you would like to change massage pressure, music volume, lighting levels or room temperature at any time during your treatment.

Valuables
Treatments are conducted free of jewellery, so please leave these behind in your hotel room safe or at home. 

Medical Conditions
Certain treatments and products react with some medical conditions. Please advise our reception consultant of any medical conditions at the time of booking your appointment.

Pregnancy
We have specially designed treatments for mums-to-be and nursing mothers. Please allow us to help guide you in selecting the most suitable treatments for you during this special time.

Cancellations
The Spa is a busy, professional environment so kindly let us know of any changes to your schedule at least 48 hours before your treatment, otherwise a 100% cancellation charge may be applied.
